okay, so I know I'm late to this whole bash on Jim Carrey, but honestly guy....and im not sure if you've been brought up to speed, but it you haven't even seen movies such as eternal sunshine OR yes man...I seriously doubt you're in any position to state your opinion on either HIM OR his acting (first off) and second no offense but why are you taking what Jimmie Kennedy and Josh Flitter did out on Jim himself?

Truman Show wasn't a comedy. If you're a fan of Jim Carrey, you'd recognize his best and better works. Go to the website RottenTomatoes, search Jim Carrey. Tell me what his two highest rated movies are. Eternal Sunshine is one of my favorite films, easily Jim Carrey's best work, it's beyond arguing.

ya and i get that, but actor aside, i really can't take him seriously at all. i mean he was fire marshall bill. u really think anyone who knew his list of credentials as a comedian would take him seriously? i know i can't. ever since he was on a hiatus 2 of his works of comedic art was besmirched. 1st by Jaime Kennedy, who should be ashamed of himself 4 help shitting all over the Mask and now we have Josh Flitter as Ventura JR. where does it end?

i'm not hating. all i said is it seems all 2 familiar 2 me, but just becuz i said it looks like LIAR, LIAR redefined, doesn't mean i won't rent 2 see how it is.. what does get my angry is when Jim Carrey films like mask and ventura were butchered beyond recognition.

Jim Carrey's best films are Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind and The Truman Show. Neither of which are comedies. This is indisputable.
You don't even mention these films.

Truman show was ok, but not enough 2 get me laughing and that other film u mentioned i never even heard of. i can't name every film he's been in off the bat because he has been in a number of films. how is this undisputable when i have grown up watching jim carrey?

Very good video bro, I couldnt agree more. Jim Carrey REALLY needs to stick to comedies. Yes Man I hear was good. Also I think you forgot about Bruce Almighty. I really liked that one. lol. But yeah, Carrey really wants to be taken seriously as an actor.

no i knew bout Bruce Almighty, but 2 me it was more of a rental and something 2 watch with friends on a saturday night if nothing is going on. same goes 4 When harry met Lloyd, which is not necessarily a bad thing. i just think they are something i might see only once or twice. i would yes man is better. it just seems 2 me its Liar, Liar redefined, but ya i'll try n look at it and i will be honest about it.
