Boudhanath Stupa divine night scene

It was 2005 Summer night and drizzling. My girlfriend called me to check what's going on at Boudhanath Stupa. I took my bike out with raincoat on and headed to Boudha at around 10:23 pm.

I saw there was a reflection of Boudhanath Stupa at the sky. I thought it' was the shadow of the Stupa itself on the Cloud/fog whatever that was, but when I checked at the ground I could clearly see people walking across 1 mile. So, there was no cloud/fog/mist whatsoever and it's really strange that had happened in long time. Some even said that every 14 years that happens. It's really unusual to see stuff like that because, even during foggy and rainy night, nobody has seen things like that till date

I don't know why that happened only that night.

Many devotees were prostrating and circling the stupa amidst the rain.

there was another sighting just like this in Swoyambu during i dunno...199something...i was small then...so yea ...in Swoyambu, the shadows looked similar to the Both Gaya Temple(which is in Bihar, India)...awesome rite!?!?
