Our first batch of wine, we take the fermented wine from our shiraz vines and press the wine from the skins and seeds. Small batch for the first vintage we have made, hopefully the vines will produce more next year!

  • we had destemmed by had as the crusher does not have a destemmer. For our volume of wine I dunno if its worth deseeding?

  • you guys should destam / deseed the must next time.
