the reason matt dont win the polls is because there is a lot of politics . down beat always pick some one who is not even up to date they been like that for years .matthew garrison has old school and new school jimmy garrison is his father dave holland taught since he was a kid hes also been around jack dejohnett . matthew wants to and is breaking new grown as a bass player and as a writer .we have not seen nothing yet he has much more to say .i would like to here more solo this live too
