While Eduardo diligently washes dishes in the kitchen, Chef Andrea inspects her students' work on day two of her cooking class series, Nine Day Basics For The Serious Amateur. The results, it seems, are not bad. They've been learning to cook four delicious soups - Truffle Ceriac Cream, French Onion, Garam Masala Butternut Squash, and White Bean, Chorizo & Rapini - which they are now enjoying by candlelight in the front gallery of Quince in Kitsilano, Vancouver (Canada).
