Recorded live in the Copenhagen Concert Hall on June 10, 2009.

Cortège and Danse Macabre is based on a poem by His Royal Highness Henrik, The Prince Consort of Denmark

Notes: at approximately 0:33 the percussionist can be heard playing on real bones (A thigh bone)! And at 1:24 a pipe organ sets in.
