I got the video on cd, thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you. It made great pics, the quality was so much better than I had. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!! Also, I never knew Brian the host mentioned Daniella again later, that was the best!!!

OH MY GOSH!!! Thanks so much for taking and posting this. Daniella was so happy she got to meet him. . . she has missed school the entire week with her ear infection, but to her it was worth it, lol. Thank you so very much!!! Your video turned out better than mine :)Wish I could figure out how to download it to get some snapshots. . .

I'm so glad you liked it! I loved yours! Bradford was right, Daniella was the cutest thing around at SSW this year. I was so happy to see your video, because this was too sweet to miss. :-) This was my first video posting, so I'm not sure how to help on the downloading and snapshots, unfortunately. LOL, I haven't figured snapshots out on my own computer yet. I'm sorry. :-( I'd help if I could!

Not sure about Mac's but on PC there is a button 'Prt Scrn' (print screen). Watch the video in high quality then hit pause where you want a screen shot and hit the 'Prt Scrn' button' and it will copy what is on the entire screen. Open 'paint' or some other similar program then crop out just the part you want. I've actually done two pics for you so if you can't figure it out I'd be happy to do some more and send them to you.
