This city had 190,000 people which all eventually died of radiation. This is an attempt to simulate what would actually happen in a nuclear failure in a big city. This shows the explosion and the events ten years after.
Oh, and for you siren fans I got the sound from a video on here named Sentry Siren 40V2T
The explosions of the nuclear power plant are Simcity 4's physics. There is nothing I can do to change that, especially since I don't make mods.
