PT 2. REVIEW OF THE RETURN OF THE BLOB (AND STICK)
Dear Aunt Leslie,
When we last saw our dynamic duo, they were frozen in astonishment that the Blob had risen once again--- Now, in Pt. 2, the director does a Tarantino turn, and fractures the time sequence. Pt. 2 begins with the blob and stick dead again(!) and our furry fellows contentedly wander and rest. But in an instant, the camera moves in to the unsuspecting Jazzy and suddenly (like Alien) the stick and blob are alive again, seemingly more powerful than before as it whips back and forth, back and forth between the 2 combatants, who fiercely return blow after blow to the demented device. We watch gasping as the 2 feline actors literally "Roll on the Floor" biting and kicking at the re-animated blob in a fur covered tag team rumble! Then, the unexpected! Just as the Battle Royale is in full swing---SMACK! the image freeze frames! leaving only a part of a tail, 2 paws and the hovering shadow of Jazzy, with the evil stick an orange blur in the center frame! What are we to make of this turn of events? Director Aunt Leslie has left us with our hearts beating, but a frozen conundrum to digest--Is this to imply the wheels within wheels theory that our heroes are caught in a repeating dimension, doomed to live thru this battle over and over again? Is Miz Allen making the ultimate statement of cynacism and futility? Are Corny and Jazzy merely whiskered pawns in a world they did not make, ruled by the immortal Blob(and stick)? Deep thoughts and ponderings from this 2 part epic of cat cinema from the reigning Queen of fur film on the West Coast! One can only wonder what's next from the House of Allen?!

Dear Aunt Leslie,
Here on the east coast, rumors are making their way across the state that a big secret project is in the development stage at the House of Allen studios out in sunny So Cal. If insiders are correct, the avant garde home to fur films is about to unveil a surprise casting decision in one of it's latest productions. Well known to cat cinema buffs, Corny and Jazzy are the centerpieces of the Allen Studio star system, but rumor has it that a 3rd feline actor is about to make a breakthru performance, launching a career move that will rock the world of fur films! Who is this "newcomer" that offers such a surprise entrance? Give up? It's MONTAG! the venerable feline has made cameo appearances before(Notably in the classic "Corny vs. Fly"). but now the stage is set for a starring role on the horizon! What can we expect from the classically trained feline? Only time and video tape will tell! But you heard it here first on the QT and definately hush hush!
