  • And wholegrain carb snacks are good. I often make oat based cereal bars with banana, sultanas, honey, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds and they taste delicious and are much healthier than eating things like chips or chocolate bars. not quite as healthy as fruit and vegetables but still good :)
