  • ...she should* activate her abs by sucking them in and contract the glute in the back leg to push her forward. As she stands in the shower or washing dishes or whenever, she should again activate her abs and contract both her glutes so that her weight is supported by her butt and her abs. Along with her hip flexors she should also stretch her lower back. With all of this she will feel and look healthier, her lower back will stop hurting and her butt will be rounder and sexier.   • Before I give constructive criticism I like to start out with a compliment. The girl in the plank is sexy and she has a lot of potential to improve. Since she has an anterior pelvic tilt evident by the drop in her spine as she planks, this is not the best exercise for her. To correct the imbalance she should do 'dead bugs' and stretch her hip flexors constantly throughout the day. She should also do every glute activation exercise she can find and weight hip thrusts.
