An easy-to-follow yet in-depth look at heat shock proteins; what they are, what they do and why they represent the exciting next revolution in sports supplement technology. This fully narrated and animated tutorial reveals how heat shock proteins work deep inside of muscle cells to help protect, repair and rebuild muscle cells.
wow, stopped watching at 1:03 when the guy say's that HSPs turn dietary proteins into "usable" proteins. That's just flat out wrong. HSPs are involved in aiding the folding of de novo proteins within a cell. For conversion from dietary -> cellular proteins the proteins must first be digested into amino acids. I figure after such a simple misunderstanding there's not going to be anything worth hearing in the rest.

Can I take NO2 Charger and NO2 Black at exactly same time together because I noticed that NO2 Charger also has AKG which is a component of NO2 Black?

HSP is activated when cells undergo Heat Stress due to cellular injury or the elevation of temperature. The function of HSP is to tolerate the elevated temperature and protect the body cells from dying due to stress. Under normal condition human cells go through a programmed sequence of events leads to the elimination of aging cells "Apoptosis". HSP protects cells from going through a process of Apoptosis producing symptoms of abnormalities in aging cells. Please do your research!
