Bumble Bee in Slo motion Flight like you have never seen

Who said they can't fly. This is an awesome close up view of a bumble bee take off using an amazing High frame rate camera. This was shot at 4000 frames per second and played back at 30 FPS. so one second of real time turns into 133 seconds of screen time yes i do mean that one second is over two minuts.

Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn't be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn't know that so it goes on flying anyway.

Analysis revealed sufficient lift was generated by unconventional combination of short, choppy wing strokes, a rapid rotation of the wing as it flops over and reverses direction, along with a very fast wing-beat frequency.
