2 EGG YOLKS
1/2 LEMON JUICE
1 TBLSP WHITE WINE VINEGAR
1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
1/2 OLIVE OIL
1/2 TSP SALT
1/8 TSP SUGAR (AS YOU SEEN I LIKE MORE SUGAR IN MINE)
1 TSP DIJON MUSTARD OR DO AS I DO AND THROW IN A TSP MUSTARD SEEDS MMMMM )
BLEND FROM BOTTOM UP
(YOU CAN USE ANY OIL COMBO YOU WANT) ALSO LIVE A LITTLE AND ADD OTHER THINGS TO GIVE IT DIFFERENT FLAVOURS

  • why does it look so easy when you do it? i tried to do it... and i had lots of oil that kinda didnt incororate in the mix, so the result was big chunks of mayo covered in oil.... what dod i do wrong?

  • this cant go wrong if you followed my instructions....once it starts to incorporate move the blender up and down and it will all combine.

  • i use those clips for my packets or sometimes paper clips. I never knew anyone to make their own mayo. very cool.

  • Why do you use two types of oil? I'm trying to avoid GMO so that means no soy, corn, or canola oil.
