Organic Carrot baby food made with breast milk. You could use water or formula instead, as well. :)

  • @ChLoMiEsTeR Through some research I have read, there may be nitrates on veggies, especially carrots. When you steam them, more of the nitrates are released into the water and off of the carrot. That is why I steam vs. fresh. :) My daughter likes the frozen baby food in her mesh teether, so a lot of times, I don't thaw it. When we do thaw it, I put it in a glass container with a lid and place that in hot water. I hope that helps. Thank you!

  • y cook them when u can blend them raw with water, (for more nutrients)? then add breastmilk when its time to serve... i also freeze in ice cube trays but feel bad because i thaaw them out indidually of coarse in a small zip lockbag under hot water.... and sugestions on how to quit with the waiste and cemical plastic bags i use??
