Indomitable : Prelude (Fantasy Short Film Recut)

"Indomitable: Prelude" was a short film that was produced for promotional purposes of the crowdfunding campaign for the Feature film "The Dragonphoenix Chronicles: Indomitable".

The short film was shot in two days in the summer of 2011,with the participation and help of the members of ARMA Hellas,which acted in the film and also donated their equipment and armour from their personal collection.

Τhe film,as it's title says,is a prelude to the story,showing how the main character of the film, "Dragar" , was captured.

It was more like a very small taste/experiment of what the approach to the feature film was going to be,it's atmosphere,and to screen test some action. This short film is NOT going to be a part of the feature film,it does NOT represent the final look and feel of the feature film and the actors in this short film are NOT professional actors,and participated only to help make this preview.

@hatzi88 Τόσο το campaign χρηματοδότησης της ταινίας όσο και η ταινία η ίδια απευθύνεται σε διεθνές κοινό,εξ ου και τα αγγλικά στο εισαγωγικό κείμενο αλλά και στο description. :)

@Koufetina007 "οι Ελληνες δεν εχουνε το ταλεντο στη σκηνοθεσια και τη δημιουργια ταινιων" .Είμαι σίγουρος ότι αυτή την στιγμή τα κόκκαλα του Μιχάλη Κακογιάννη τρίζουν,καθώς και άλλων μεγάλων σκηνοθετών.Παρακαλώ πολύ,καλό θα είναι προτού ισοπεδώνει κανείς όλον τον Ελληνικό Κινηματογράφο(Παλιό και Νέο),συνεπώς και τον πολιτισμό της ίδιας της χώρας του,να ψάχνεται,να βλέπει καμιά ταινία και να διαβάζει.Ευχαριστώ.

@Koufetina007 Αν απλώς έχεις διαβάσει τον Άρχοντα των Δαχτυλιδιών...απλώς να το έχεις διαβάσει τίποτε άλλο, θα ήξερες ότι ο Τόλκιν σιχαίνεται την αλληγορία. Στον πρόλογο του βιβλίου αφιερώνει πάνω από μία σελίδα σ 'αυτό και κυρίως στο γεγονός ότι καμία σχέση δεν έχει το βιβλίο με τον πόλεμο. Απλώς αν έχεις διαβάσει το βιβλίο το ξέρεις! Καμία άλλη πηγή δε χρειάζεται!

η σκηνή της μάχης πρέπει να γίνει πιο εντυπωσιακή, π.χ. πιο γρήγορα χτυπήματα, να δίνουν την ένταση και το συναίσθημα μια πραγματικής μάχης..

Το αποτέλεσμα είναι αρκετά καλό. Η μουσική και τα ηχητικά εφέ είναι πολύ καλά. Όμως η ταινία υστερεί σε σκηνοθεσία. Ίσως σε κάθε σκηνή, οι περισσότερες λήψεις, οι εναλλαγές σε κοντινά και μακρινά πλάνα, καλύπτοντας έτσι τις σκηνές μάχης, οι οποίες είναι καθαρά ελλιπή σε χορογραφία, θα βοηθούσαν. Επίσης θα συμφωνήσω πως οι στολές έδειχναν αρκετά καθαρές. Τέλος έχω να πω, ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στα παιδιά, να συνεχίζουν έτσι και να μαθαίνουν κάθε μέρα. Εξάλλου αυτή είναι η μαγεία του κινηματογράφου.

This is cool but to make it look more realistic you have to somehow age weapons and armor I understand this is an episode from ongoing war but the knights look too clean and too fresh So you know, fake rust here and there, old blood stains, dents in armor, dirty and tired faces, stuff like that Details like that add to authenticity The bad guy is great though! I also like the music, although adding some metal feel wouldn't hurt Check my video Templars - The Last Crusade with my original music

Καλησπερα και απο μενα.Θεωρω οτι η προσπαθεια των παιδιων ειναι ενα αισιοδοξο μυνημα.Σιγουρα η συγκριση με υπερπαραγωγες του Hollywood δεν εχει καμμια τυχη αλλα ειναι και ανιση.Απο κει και περα τα πικροχολα σχολια δεν βοηθανε.Ο Ελληνικος κινηματογραφος μας εχει αφησει μεγαλες ταινιες και μεγαλο αριθμο απο ηθοποιους οι οποιοι δεν ειχαν τελειωσει καμμια σχολη αλλα ειχαν μερακι,φαντασια και πολυ ταλεντο.Ειναι λοιπον κριμα να τον απαξιωνουμε.Συνεχιστε την καλη δουλεια αλανια και ευχομαι τα καλυτερα
