@mgonzalez1966: The policeman could yell at him "Down to the ground!" and he would do it. It is that simple. The adrenaline rush and the urge for revenge because of the previously endangered lives count as extenuating circumstances not as excuses.
Do not misinterpret my character. I do believe that 99% of the time the policemen do their job perfectly. I regularly disagree with people who say otherwise. I still don't agree with you on this one. And please stop the name-calling!
