Yes, because the US is totally in favour of climate change action...
And this video isn't promoted by all 192 member states (i.e. the UN), it's being promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. The UN wasn't founded solely on the principle of peace keeping, but equally that of promoting cooperation in solving international economic, social and humanitarian problems.
As for democracy, you're free to democratically vote your country out of the United Nations.

The UN is in charge of COP 15. This video is promoted by the UN. The UN have gone from a peace keeping organization to an undemocratic globalist organization in the hands of monster-state EU and the U.S.

The UN is made up of 192 member states, so that's a pretty hefty generalisation. This particular video was created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, where the conference is taking place. So it says more about them and those who repost the video more than anything else.

What does this have to do with the UN? Copenhagen is a conference, and not every country is on the same page when it comes to idealizing climate change.
If anything, it's WWFFrance that should be ridiculed over this video and its poorly delivered message by inciting fear.
