Interesting comment that could spark many debates. I first started competing as a junior in continuous and we still train continuous in my classes. I haven't fought competitive continuous for a while now but plan to at some time, I personally prefer the dynamic, speed, technique and overall game of points fighting. But respect all disciplines.
Nikkos is a great friend and I enjoyed our fight at the World Championships last year. "Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor souls who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat."
why don't you fight continuous, a much more difficult game

Awesome stuff Jacey!
Is that Jon Cleaver? The second opponent. I met him last week in Bristol.
Those counter kicks are perfect. Haha.
