The Doctor Who UK Tour

As Matt Smith, Karen Gillan and the rest of team spend this week Stateside ahead of the US screening of The Eleventh Hour on BBC America on Saturday, we cast our minds back a couple of weeks to their tour of the UK.

The Doctor Who team visited Belfast, Inverness, Sunderland, Salford and Northampton, meeting people, introducing screenings of the series' first episode and engaging in Q&As.

The daily reports with exclusive images are still online but we put together a short video of the three day event that we hope captures some of the excitement, magic and madness of a very special tour.
