It's intersting how most of these trendy loft developments in Detroit kind of went bust. No one is currently in 55 Canfield. It was almost like a fad. Now all of the people who did not buy lofts from 2005-2007 can afford an even bigger loft or house Indian Village because of the housing market.

You dumbsonofabitch, if you could follow "simple" math, then you would've known that it was 48% 51% win for him.
That meant that majority of the people in the city didn't like him. So get your fact straight before you make yourself look stupid. It was mainly the younger crowd ((18 to 35) that put him back in office. I fell within that age bracket, but I didn't vote for him.
