couple of things
1. look up glasgow neds on this very site and its not as cushty as it looks. get rid of the neds-all those individuals (who are in the minority) who cause the stereotype of glasweigans being neds and this might happen.
2. it wont happen. labour put the boot in the rail link. there goes my vote in the general election

It's disappointing the Glasgow airport rail link was abandoned. Instead the government has wasted millions on a failed tram project in Edinburgh. In true Scotland style it's over budget and delayed.

hmm. i'm a bored child. extremely bored. that doesn't make me want to go out and stab someone though. i live in glasgow as well so i've had first hand encounters with them but it must be the way they've been raised. being bored with what the government provides (even though it's frustrating, i dont think its their main priority to provide entertainment) isn't going to mentally persuade someone to harm other people. they all come from rough backgrounds so thats where the problem lies.

After living in Glasgow so long, Crime has fallen greatly... In the 60s Glasgows gang culture was fierce..
Nowadays todays NEDS are just normal children bored with what the government gives them...
I dont think its the Neds fault the way they are, Its the Governments...
