Robert Kennedy Jr., nephew of the late Edward Kennedy, recalls his uncle's state one week before his death. He said that during conversations, "it was sometimes... difficult for [Ted] to find the words that he was looking for."

Vicki Kennedy, Ted's widow, thanks people for paying their respects.

  • The Kennedy family has suffered so much tragedy...Such a great American family, but with so much tragedy...Imagine losing 2 senior members of your family in the space of 2 weeks, Eunice and then Teddy...I hope that one of the younger Kennedys will fill his huge shoes...It's such a pity that JFK Jr. is not alive to carry on the family legacy...He would've been a shoe-in for president...God bless the Kennedys!!!

  • it must be so hard watching your loved one just slowly slipping away like that and knowing there is nothing you can do about it

  • There were comments from the media about Ted not attending Eunice's funeral which as broadcast live. I assumed tat it was because he didn't want his deteriorating physical condition to be the story that day. It was supposed to be a day to celebrate the life of his sister and if he showed up, the story would have been about how bad he looked. Ted did slip in, quietly, for Eunice's wake.

  • I would love to see RFK Jr. in the Senate or run for President. He is super intelligent, and most importantly, compassionate, like his father. It shows STRENGTH that he overcame drug addiction and became so interested in helping us as a society, and the Wildlife he has cherished since he was a boy...

  • Why didn't RFK, Jr. ever run for the U. S. Senate? Big deal, he used drugs. He'd make a great U. S. Senator.

  • Hi Bobby

  • i love the kennedys

    God bless them :-)

  • @pat442389 Too funny! You dumb mother fucker started off with some sem-intelligent commentary. But you lost what little sense you had. First off, We were discussing one issue. That issue was JFK jr and His blowhard uncle. You lost your arguement, and tried to change the arguement by bringing up all the other problems in the world!!! No doubt there are problems, but damn you ran away when you realized you lost your argument!! Next time, dont comment on shit when you cant back it up. I own you

  • @shonholmes ok buddy then start lobbying your congressmen to speak out about this injustice. i mean who the fuck cares about the 2 wars in 3 or 4 different countries? who the fuck cares if our dollar collapses? seriously yeah im a coward because i dont care about someone over 10 years ago who was buried at sea. and your a moron for focusing on that. people like you are the reason this countries going down the toilet. u get all excited about this issue and forget about real problems

  • @pat442389 So what you are saying is that there are MORE important problems to deal with? Ok , agree on that point. But that arguement or point, could be said about ANY issue in the world. So to me when someone says "there are more important issues"..I take that as a coward running away. Cause in essence, thats what it is. The statement "there are more important issues" can be said about ANY problem in the world..In your world, you put the Kennedys on a pedastal and bow. Teddy boy was scum.

  • @shonholmes well these ships are sailing around the world at all times doing stupid drills and tests 6 or 8 months outta the year. if this is a slap in the face to you then you have some serious anger problems or have no idea what the real problems are that a facing our country. why dont you bitch about the drugs getting into our country, the unsecured borders, the losing of our freedoms, the massive debt, the bailouts, wall sts takeover of our politicians, the tea party takeover by the right?

  • @shonholmes Its not the cost that botherd me but now that you mention it, that cost you and me 2.2 million dollars.

That cost was NEVER paid for by Teddy boy.
