Is there and order in which to follow the dvd's? Also should i do this program everyday or should I just do a different dvd every other day?

@DQS1984 Hi there! You can mix and match the workouts, however, the order in which they are done is a good starting point. 1. Mat 2. Band 3 Ball. All great workouts. Do one every other day, and see where you're at in 30 sessions! take pics and submit them to us, and we'll post 'em for you if you want!

I typically do weight training 2-3 times per week. I'd like to do Pilates on my off days to build my powerhouse and better integrate the strength I gain from weight training.Does this sound like a realistic plan? I'll likely purchase your DVD-looks fantastic!

you won't be disappointed. Giving your body days off in between and doing Pilates is a great plan to improve your flexibility and work those small muscles closest to the joints which don't get used in traditional weight workouts. thanks for you post!
