-KNIFING SADDLER
quickest way to defeat Saddler and to save ammo. Run up to Saddler and start knifing him. He will then use his "diving palm" attack where he'll crush Ada's face. The dodge button is always L1+R1. Keep doing that until the tenth L1+R1 reaches. After the tenth L1+R1, it will switch to SQUARE+CIRCLE. Sometimes it'll switch to SQUARE+CIRCLE, sometimes it will not.

-SHOOTING SADDLER
The best weapon to use against Saddler is the Shotgun. Rifle is the perfect choice to use against him, normally because it has a higher Firepower, true, but my way is easier. Whenever Saddler is about to strike Ada, quickly shoot him in the head from a distance and he will reveal his eye. The attack he does is when he lifts up his left arm to strike, by the time you see that, shoot right away. I'm guessing, whenever Saddler is about to strike, he lets his guard down. After he reveals his eye, cut him, back away until he attacks. He should be able to miss you. Repeat process. The attacks I'm probably not so sure are the "Thrust Palm", as I call it, when he shoots his palm at you. Sometimes it'll work, sometimes not.
