Promising lifting. The patience and hard work is paying off. It is not always "fun" to train to get stronger. It is something you decide to do, and then you do it. Many days you are tired, or are not in your best shape, but you have to put forth the effort, if not, you will never get anywhere.

  • when it is hot it is hardet to train. you are right.

  • Weather here is getting cooler and cooler so it's easier to be trained! Maybe temperature is also a factor for my attribution..i don't know. Maybe i am just in a good fettle..

  • I AM VERY HAPPY TO LEARN YOU ARE STRONG AND IN A GOOD MOOD! VERY GOOD!!! Well, we have to be patient. (I have increased the bench press more than my front squat the last two years! :o ). We get strong at what we focus on. I am very excited to see how far that Phillipi routine will bring you. Perhaps closer to 300 than 200, that would be cool! :)

  • Hmm,thanks mate! I don't know why but in press movements i present very good progress in a short time and then i "stuck" for even longer times..so 150 is a fuuuture goaI for me..I don't really mind for the bench press now (every strenght gain is welcomed). I want to make it till the end with my deadlift routine and to improve my front squat also! Btw, these days i feel very strong.. i am in a good mood!!Take care bro!

  • 140kg PR means that we are almost equal, I have 142.7 now and hope to do 145 in a few weeks. Training is promising. Congratulations so much on the bench PR. Eventually we both will get 150kg! I will probably post some front squats in two or three weeks!

  • That's what i am talking about..Raw brutal squats..I am "chasing" you at the bench press (new PR for me 140kg today).

Don't forget to post some front squats in the future..I am working on them recently..and i want motivation..he,he...Bye!
