hi sir nicely done esp the vermilion border please upload one wider cleft do give any stent or sture to support the septum or in the alar region

@prasantgreat Thanx. Will Post a complete cleft. Wasn't doing it to avoid repetition. I do a alar cinch, which is mobilizing the cleft alar cartilage on both sides completely and bringing together the floor end keeping the correct sill width. Regards, Shailesh
