the USA has a lot more to fear about recruiting american citizens who are high school graduate red neck hicks who join the army because theyre too dumb to be worth anything else. They dont really have high standards for selection, as long as the UNRULY meathead is a citizen, the USA will give the asshole a gun. FORGET THAT 3 OUT OF 5 AMERICAN FEMALE SOLDIERS GET SEXUALLY HARASSED IN THE US ARMY, THERES THOUSANDS MORE DOCUMENTED RAPE CASES OF AMERICAN SOLDIERS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES ON LOCAL WOMEN

Get a history book.
U.S.A - the Nation was build on Immigrants (From Africa, from European Countries, From Asia) All Americans once they are naturalize and get their Citizenship, hell they're willing to go into war when they're not even a U.S. Citizen yet, makes them even more patriotic.
A lot of these selected people have useful skills like knowing more then one languages.
and to increase our military personnel on the ground for war.
This is the U.S. Army.
