10: 25 :11-PM
Toyota Corolla driven by Mr Iftikhar a regular patron of the hotel comes to the gate with two of his friends to have dinner at Tatara Restaurant. Security begins car search.
10:25:39- PM A Shehzore truck pulls right behind the Corolla
10:25:48 PM -The car is checked while still on the road and cleared by security officer who then signals the gate to allow the car in by removing the first barrier and then signaling the guards to bring raise the second barrier and bring down the Delta blocker.
10: 25:54 PM
The truck follows the Corolla and the occupants start to fire sporadically in all directions to create panic which they successfully achieved. The first gun fire was noticed at 10:25:56. The guards at the gate had exactly two seconds to react and bring the blocker down by pressing the control button but because of heavy firing they could not get to it and the truck forced its way by tailgating the white Corolla. The truck was met with resistance from the guards and several shots were fired. The driver of the Corolla looking for a way to escape the firing went to the back parking lot and jumped out of the car and hit the floor to save him and his colleagues from direct firing and bullets ricocheting in the area.
10: 26:31
It took the truck 35 seconds to reach the parking lot and during this small period the hotel security and Frontier Corp guards constantly exchanged gunfire with the perpetrators but all in vain.
