wow, you must be happy to have smooth gameplay, i've ones tested a hd 2900xt oc and medium was about 30frames, lol shitty card i must say cpu was amd athlon 5800 2x29ghz, no i have 47 frames ultra high @1920x1080, q9550, dual gtx275 4gb corsairdominator 1100mhz

could i put a ati radeon x1650 graphics card on a gateway dx4822-01? i put it on my old emachine but was thinking it might also be good on this computer if the onboard graphics aren't good (which i've been reading they aren't).

The smoke and particles cause that if you don't have a really good machine because requires a lot of effort to process. I installed Crysis in my new macbook pro (bootcamp), and it move really smooth. The computer that I used to play this game wasn't that good, and when I recorded was even worse.
