  • @freshbreath3 Good question. You have to be very careful if you do that exercise. That's another reason to only use 5 lbs. Go slowly at first and don't do it at all if you're beginning, have an injury, or just getting back into the groove of working out.

  • Nice! Make sure to include lot's of compound lifts in your routine. That barbell will come very handy in achieving a solid physique.
