Wow! I am gonna make one. Thanks for the awesome idea! Everyone should have one of these at their house. What did you use for the floor? I would buy the blueprints from you if you have them. Take care!

4 sheet of 4'x8' x4mm coroplast. 120-8" long zip ties, one roll of UV protected Duct tape. One draw bolt lock and mounting hardware, 16" square of acrylic sheet for the window, 6"x 3' window screen.

Look in your yellow pages for 'signs' There you will find sign shops. Sometimes these people will sell you a few sheets. Also look up 'Plastics' for plastic supply shops. I get mine at Laird Plastics in Seattle WA USA

There is no frame. Just a sheet of coroplast (gray, it comes in multiple colors) with 3" lips made by cutting one side of the sheet and bending.

The band is a 4.5" length taken from the floor panel. (gray) The drawing is a different design than what I did, and should yield a little more length. No glue was used. Tape over the zip tie holes with 2" uv protected duct tape or vinyl tape.

Yes. 8" zip ties are all that's used. Make one-side cuts 1" in from the edge of the roof panel, flip over and measure in 2", Make another one-side cut. Fold these like the drawing. Curve them over the wall bulkheads. Attach the roof ends to the floor, then, make two holes 2" apart on inside of the front or back wall, 1/2" down from the corner. Make 2 holes on the roof lip lined up with wall holes. Start inside, weave zip tie in bulkhead hole, thru roof hole, over and back down. Attach on inside.
