A few clips from Sept 5th 2009 at the Portrush International Airshow. Of note is the Huey chopper featured in the Vietnam movies and the massive Airbus A380 which is the largest passenger plane in the world.
Just watched it - amazing video and top quality!. That's a very good camcorder you have. Thanks for letting me know about the video, you are on to a winner with that one. Cheers.
I wished I had went on Sun anyway just to have another go at some still images but I thought the cloud would have been bad. Still, glad you where there and seen them no matter what the weather was doing. That's dedication!. Maybe next time there will be a blue sky. Cheers
lol, I don't like to hang about. I have loads of quite poor images to sort out though which will take some time. Made a mess of them due to the poor light, couldn't get a crisp focus. Looking forward to your video, I will watch out for it. I'm sure youtube will have loads of them soon. I didn't take any vid of the Marines either due to their distance from me but I took some stills. That was quite a cool scene. Cheers
Thanks alot. Sounds like you enjoyed the show. I would love to go back up on Sunday for the Euro fighter but it looks to be a complete wash out. Wish I had taken more video now, I spent too much time taking still images with the camera.
Cheers. It didn't stay long at all. Just did one sweep across the skyline, turned, and went back the way it came and was gone. Short and sweet, but it was an impressive sight, barely a noise from it.

Best of luck on Sunday, always worth going anyway, could be even better than Saturday, who knows. Enjoy it.
Good point about the lens, sometimes it's better just to put the camera down and enjoy the experience. Many people forget to do that.
