Michael Berg, a retired schoolteacher and father of civilian, Nicholas Berg, who was murdered in Iraq as a direct result of the Iraq War, speaks out at the Delaware Iraq Summer Launch Rally. While Michael supports immediate withdrawal, he has combined his efforts with the Iraq Summer campaign which makes a more moderate demand. The local Iraq Summer campaigners want a commitment from Congressman Castle to vote only for bills that include a responsible exit strategy and set a timetable for withdrawal. Delawareans agree that it is time to bring our troops home and stop supporting Bush's reckless War.
What will happen if a soldier refuses to go: Lets examine that Philosophy...I could not think of a better way for a country to fail if it adopts that Philosophy. So your a soldier in the Army getting paid full benefits and bonuses and when your country calls upon you to serve what you swore to defend, you can just say, "well, I disagree with this war...I think I will stay home." ?????

It's a diffcult question to put to a family member or loved one but the relatives of those about to be mobilised for IRAQ and Afghanistan should ask them "do they need to go?" "What is the worst that would happen is they refused to go?". Big brave soliders need to make big brave decisions and stay home.
