@jcd463 and your right Sir:)

@Trevor1654 hey Trevor, i took them down mostly because i thought parts of them were too generalized and youtube pulled the music from some parts, lowering the quality. I'm doing my post grad studies nowadays and i dont really have the time i once had to make a comparable project any time soon. If i did another series, it'd probably be on mythology rather than history. thanks for taking an interest!

@IAmWanderingAengus Mr. Aengus your probably have gotten this question a million times why did u remove ur irish history videos and will u be reposting any time soon ?
-
@IAmWanderingAengus interesting and i suppose as the coffey still is the oldest mass produced still i wonder if they would re-introduce that style of production? If they do we win as it would be another smooth whisky we could all enjoy. As irish distileries make peaty whisky in a scottish style why not make a scottish whisky in a pure pot still.

@seonidh That's something i've often been wondering myself. I was reading Charles MacLean's "Scotch: A liquid history" last night and apparently back in the day, the boundary wasnt as clear as it is today and there were a handful of scottish distilleries around galloway and glasgow that used a mix 'irish-style' mash. I've heard rumors a few times that Raymond Armstrong down at the Bladnoch distillery is considering resurecting this fact by creating a scottish 'pure pot still' mixed mash whiskey.
