  • @musicplateau1 paul rogers . [ studio] never heard a live version of this ,but i dont think you could have a voice like that and play piano at same time , me thinks , great live band !

  • Who's playing piano?

  • This song along with Robin Trower's Hannah are my 2 faves.

  • The best song from the best group. Did Koss ever play a bad note? I doubt it. (Check out "Magic Ship" sometime.) Free, Mott the Hoople and Status Quo are my holy trinity of rock from 1968 to 1974, the best time for music.

  • would love to hear whole album

  • This contains, and I quote Koss', some of his favourite guitar. When this was recorded, the guitar was turned up so loud!

  • @IGY5758 Well said! This is one of my favorites, too. I love the way the almost sound like they're falling apart, with that delightfully weird lurching base line, but at the same time you know they're really tight.

  • This is my favorite Free song. All Right Now is a fine song, don't get me wrong, but this one kicks @ss.

This, Procol Harum's Whiskey Train and Humble Pie's 30 Days In the Hole are milemarkers of my misspent youth. Great guitar songs all.
