Where do you find your inspiration? I have no idea where I find inspiration from. It's sort of from everything, my eyes are open. I can find inspiration from some chick's dress, or a skateboard graphic, or a leaf, or most often, I actually find inspiration from my dreams. Meaning, I just sort of wake up with a thought and then realize it.
How does working with Dupont™ Corian® solid surface bring inspirations to your life? Corian® is an amazing surface because there's something about the way that it takes color and the fact that it's moldable that is really incredible, especially for me as a potter. It sort of possesses some of the qualities that I wish pottery could, like the way the color is saturated all the way through. There's a relationship between clay and Corian® and I think Corian® wins.
What is the biggest trend in home design right now? I think home design right now is a weird and wonderful place and I think the biggest trend is probably not just eclecticism. Eclecticism has been a buzz word for years, but I would say now people can handle really strong eclecticism, almost like jarring juxtaposition. So I would say eclecticism on acid is the trend
