The Devon is a magnificent breed of cattle & it's such a shame that we chose ditch it for the "bigger is better" mentality. I have tasted Devon lately and it's tenderness, tastiness and old-world flavor is what I remember growing up. I yearn for the days when the Devon again becomes the American standard for beef. I only hope I can see this come to pass in my lifetime. Thank you Gearld Fry and NADA for putting forth he effort to bring back a healthy, delightful & tasty eating experience!! =)

What a wonderful video and photos. It warms my heart that there are special people trying to keep the beef standards high. And untainted! My sister won't consider using her 100 acres for something organic. Now, that's sad!
