One Minute RESCAP/PaViDIA 56: 普及員のための郡ミーティング in ルイング

普及員と上司である郡職員とのコミュニケーション不足、そして知識習得の場が不足している現状を改善するために、「普及員の月例会議」を開催しています。北部州ルイング郡­では普及員全員を集めて、各キャンプでの活動状況から、新しい知識の紹介、そして簡易かつ実践的な研修を行いました。各関係者の理解もあり、通常の業務として、ほとんどお­金をかけずに実施できました。　この活動は、JICAがザンビアで支援する「農村振興能力向上プロジェクト」RESCAPの一つです。詳しくは・・

Poor communication in the organization and few opportunity to learn are common challenges faced by field extension officers. To address the problems, RESCAP introduced a "monthly meeting", which includes communication and learning. A pilot scheme is conducted in Luwingu District, Northern Province. The meeting was held with little cost because all stakeholders see the meeting to be worth to do it.
