I miss this song. In my youth group, the singer would go, "Where the spirit of the Lord is *pause*.... (audience) There is Freedom!" and when it gets to the part where it goes, "We will walk in your freedom, walk in your liberty" we would do a shuffle walk. It was so fun. My family moved to a new church after some controversies and the new church does not do much praise & worship as well as using different songs that I'm not too familiar with. Why do churches always use different songs?

@Lukeiru I guess it's because every church is different. I grew up going to a church that only played southern or country gospel. It was mostly older people at the church too. The pastor was the music leader and piano player. I was the drummer. Myself and other young adults begged for a change in style, but that's all he knew, which held me back as a drummer because that style of music was too simple. I go to a church now that plays the contemporary style of music that I like.

I guess I can see that. My previous church had a very active youth group. The new one I am in now, the youth are a bit more reserved. The latter don't even have a band specifically for praise & worship during youth meetings compared to the previous. I would honestly like to start a praise & worship team for the youth in my church, but I don't have any significant instrumental experiences. Maybe someday when I can afford it, I'll pick up an instrument and learn.
