Can someone translate (a little, just to understand) what coppens says?

He says that because they where 4-0 in the lead he wanted to do something special for the public and he said to his teammate he would take the penalty "in two times" , and the famous penalty with a pass was born.

@vegaa Yes, because everybody that makes a mistake is a liar. There are people in the Netherlands that have never heard of Rik Coppens, and have never seen him play, let alone see him kick a penalty.

He says it was a reflex of him, they were 4 or 5-0 ahead so nothing could go wrong. He told his teammate to do it "en deux temps = in two times" and he understood what he meant. He admits that he was a "show-boy" at the time, that he tried to show off, that's why he had that crazy idea.

Tja... het bewijs liegt er niet om... Rik Coppens heeft de eer om als eerste een penalty in tweeën de nemen en benutten.. Cruijff heeft deze penalty natuurlijk wereldberoemd gemaakt, maar hij had geen idee dat deze penalty als eens eerder gedaan was. Hij had immers nog nooit gehoord van ene Rik Coppens. Niet vreemd natuurlijk, want buiten België heb ik het idee dat niemand van Coppens gehoord heeft.
