Greg Jarboe, author of "YouTube Marketing: An Hour a Day," recommends you use the description fields of your YouTube videos to their maximum potential - 5000 characters, all search-engine relevant.
Get all your keywords in there, but don't get spammy about it. In fact, you could use the space to hold a transcript of the related video, especially if you can keep that video under the minute-limit Jarboe advises.
