@pappysprite I agree – while this routine was stellar (and clean!), I also prefer her '89 routine. Do you know why she stopped connecting the layout to the full twist down to beam?

This routine is incredible, but her 1989 coreography was even better. Too bad she wasn't able to connect the layout to the full twist down to the beam like she did in 1989. I preferred her 1989 mount a bit better than this one too. With that said, this is absolutely stunning - I am just saying I felt the 1989 routine was a bit more exciting and difficult.

I think that might be the best Rulfova ever... she finished the twist so quickly and has a very smooth transition down to the beam. Such gorgeous work.

Well said. Yang Bo is way underrated but probabaly one of THE ultimate beam queens. Who else can combine artistry, perfect execution, and beauty with crazy-ass stunts! She is simply AWESOME.

There will never be another like Yang Bo. Sure, there will be great beam workers, but she is in a class all her own.
