i think that starless lyrics never were stable.
wetton also never sang
"And I thought my heart would break
When you doubled up at the stake
With your fingers all a-shake
You could never tell a winner from a snake
"
in "easy money" after release of the album.
he sang "well i argued with the judge"

these lyrics are better than the original, which don't seem to rhyme very well.

@TheArabassist OK, here are the lyrics for this version: Ice blue, Silver Slide Gold......through my eyes. Though my eyes see still grey To me. Starless & Bible Black Old Friend, Guiding Light Cruel twisted smile ouou [should be "seen"] through eyes, dark your lies, mark all time. Starless & Bible Black. Cards fall, faces change Cat's cunning.....shows That the End You may win But you lose. Starless and Bible Black. Enjoy!

I love that the words Starless and Bible Black are not on the piece titled Starless and Bible Black but are on the piece titled Starless. Love it.

@fedegas13 I couldn't find proper lyrics therefore I didn't put original ones because they are obviously incorrect..but I promise I'll do it asap.

@goranjagodnik
I know, I was referring to the singer, who completely messed the lyrics. Great version, still.. The violin sure sounds different, though.

@fedegas13 I found lyrics on John Wetton's site and already put them here, he can't be wrong :) also he says KC had as many live Starless lyrics as gigs...
