The game is in this case, first person (#1) points at another (#2) and says "Senda." The #2 has to say Mitsuo, and has to point yet another (#3). The 2 people sitting both sides of the #3 has to say naha naha and do the hands. And #3 continues with Senda and so on. Sorry I had to write this because I didn't understand the explanation below.

@wonszlol example Matsumoto point at Tanaka saying Senda, Tanaka who got Senda point and says Mitsuo to Yamasaki the 2 person between Yamasaki who was pointed Mitsuo have to do the act and say na na. thats what i understand.
