I like it!
Fernando Sor has some pretty good stuff!
Well done!

Thanks, jonniebock! Yes, CG is certainly time consuming. But I'm sure it's nothing compared to raising 3 kids!

Well done! Makes me wanna get out my classical guitar books and start practicing again. That fell by the wayside with the birth of my second (and now third!) kids... JB

Thanks, Julie. I wonder how effective an exercise it may be. There are only a few measures of any stretching. But it's a melody, which makes it more fun to play than most exercises. It's from "Six Divertissements" or "Divertimentos" I don't recall which. Anyway, It's opus 2. I found it at the Icelandic Guitar School website.

Hello Chris,
Another nicely played piece, and another episode of Sor that I've never seen.
Thanks for posting.
Best wishes

tuffy, you play with much sensitivity and your tone is beatiful. It sounds very aristocratic! Complimenti!

Well, I must say that the stretching demands in this piece are pretty rudimentary. I just used it because the other stretching exercises are so difficult (and boring). Anyway, I just learned to like the piece!
