The Lemonheads - It's A Shame About Ray (Official Video)

Watch the official video for "It's A Shame About Ray" by The Lemonheads.

The album and its title track was inspired partially by a club owner who called everyone 'Ray'. Band leader Evan Dando later saw the actual line, "It's a shame about Ray" in a Sydney newspaper article about something that happened to a child named Ray. "It's a Shame about Ray" was a big international hit for the band.

Is this version a different recording/mix or just a shortened version of the album version?

We met briefly in San Antonio in 2012. That was the last show I went to and I would love to watch another performance. I'm learning from a lot of your techniques -- I love covering all types of songs now and I try to do my best at stripping them down to the bare fundamentals. Thanks for that.
