Screw dave, if hes willing to quit the band then he doesnt deserve to be in it. they replaced him with one of their idols, all dave did was the odd solo here and there, he wasnt anything special. most amateurs could play to daves standard. okay sum 41 had a sh*t phase with underclass hero but theyve realised that and theyre back!!

I love Sum 41.. I loved every album INCLUDING Underclass Hero. I don't understand why people hate on that album so much. The lyrics are very real and that album was as real as Chuck and Screaming Bloody Murder. People just need to stop expecting bands to release albums nowadays. I hate the same old "I Miss the old..." comments.

@darknightza Exactly, songs like almost easy and afterlife are 2 of the best songs ever made around hey even seize the day and bat country were incredible, but on the new album they lost their individuality, maybe it was because of the tragic passing of the rev, however Arin is an amazing replacement and a brilliant drummer. i just think theyve lost what made them unique which was songs like little piece of heaven and not mainstream crap like so far away or victim or even nightmare. rant over.

@YouSchmuk tbh im over avenged as a favorite now, theyre are much better bands out there like august burns red, avenged make great music but are now mainstream metal and are adapting to that slowly.
