@josephithink Most people do 3 times a week, but you can do more. To build up muscle you need 2grams of protein per kilo bodyweight a day. to maintain muscle you need 1.5grams of protein per kilo bodyweight. So do the math for yourself. Make sure an hour or so before a training you eat some carbs, so you're powered up. Take a protein shake after workout, or a carb/protein mix shake. You might wanna avoid protein intake before going to sleep, as for some it keeps the brain active... Have fun.

im really inspired by these body weight workouts. im going to do it, but something that ive noticed that doesnt get covered is: how many times a day(when), how many times a week, and nutrition. protein powder etc etc. any suggestions?
