  • @Miffani Yes, and each one also contains a foot.

  • @gummynumberone depends on your body type and amount of training

  • how much protein and carbs do i need to build muscle and lose fat?

  • 0:46 wtf are those all shoes :P nice video!

  • @josephithink i guess it depends on how fast and easily you want it

  • @josephithink Most people do 3 times a week, but you can do more. To build up muscle you need 2grams of protein per kilo bodyweight a day. to maintain muscle you need 1.5grams of protein per kilo bodyweight. So do the math for yourself. Make sure an hour or so before a training you eat some carbs, so you're powered up. Take a protein shake after workout, or a carb/protein mix shake. You might wanna avoid protein intake before going to sleep, as for some it keeps the brain active... Have fun.

  • im really inspired by these body weight workouts. im going to do it, but something that ive noticed that doesnt get covered is: how many times a day(when), how many times a week, and nutrition. protein powder etc etc. any suggestions?

  • nice thanks

  • dood, you are in CRAZY shape! how much did you weigh initially? how much do you weigh now. thanks for posting!
