My previous setup used an inverter to charge up the caps, but it operated at 50Hz and the motor did not run very smooth. That is why I replaced the inverter and the bulb with a Bedini self oscillator setup. This charges the caps up to 350V and operates at a frequency of few KHz. This way I can go up to 1.5KHz in discharge frequencies with no lost sparks. In the video, the discharges are interfering with the camera mic and it may appear that there are some lost sparks, but actually the sound is very smooth and clear.
have you tryed running off the high DC volts off the in inverter before it square waves it?
